Recently, I have been trying some effective body regulation methods and would like to record and share them—
1️⃣ Ways to improve sleep duration and quality:
Try the Taiyi Jinhua Zongzhi breathing method, meditate, and listen to the sound of your own breathing until you can no longer hear it;
You can add some white noise appropriately, listen to the Heart Sutra or other interesting stories before bed, and avoid anything that might be overly stimulating;
Try not to be overly excited before bed, avoid excessive conversation, and if possible, soak your feet in hot water. Get to bed by eleven at the latest!
2️⃣ More effectively utilize the daytime:
Take a shower in the morning; it improves both physical comfort and brain alertness throughout the morning;
I now have basically two cups of American coffee a day;
Maintain a certain level of hunger. After trying it for more than a month, I eat an apple and a cup of American coffee in the morning, have carrot juice and buckwheat noodles for lunch, and adjust dinner based on the situation, with minimal alcohol consumption and trying to avoid gatherings. I feel a noticeable improvement in my physical condition.
3️⃣ Recommended by @Colorful_lion66, the ultra-slow jogging method from a Taiwanese teacher. I researched the principles and watched the videos; it's fantastic! Recently, my shoulders and neck have not been feeling well, so I tried following along yesterday and today, and it was indeed quite effective. I will follow up with notes after trying it for a while!
