The release date for the Scroll token and the airdrop claim time is October 22, 2024. Scroll states that the Sessions 2 plan is about to launch, and the Marks count for Airdrop 1 recipients will reset to zero on October 22, 2024.
Gitcoin will launch Grants 22 on October 23, continuing until November 6. This round will introduce on-chain proof of minting and cross-chain donation features. The funding focus for this round is to expand open-source software (OSS) and support digital public goods, with a total matching donation of $1 million for 4 OSS rounds and $12,500 to $20,000 for 7 community rounds.
Gaming giant Ubisoft's Web3 PvP turn-based RPG "Champions Tactics" will launch on the game blockchain Oasys on October 23.
The South Korean cryptocurrency exchange Bithumb will announce from October 21 to 25 whether to extend the cautious project status of Rally (RLY), lift restrictions, or terminate trading support. Previously, Bithumb listed Rally (RLY) as a cautious investment project on September 24.
A Nigerian judge has postponed the trial of Binance compliance officer Tigran Gambaryan to October 25.
Project Developments
Tap Protocol will release the TAP token on October 21.
The Grass Foundation will launch the final airdrop query page for Airdrop One on October 21, with claims not opening simultaneously.
The Layer2 gaming ecosystem Moonveil will conduct a node sale, with the whitelist round on October 22 and the public round launching on October 24. Node activation is planned for the first quarter of 2025, with 25% of tokens unlocking after TGE, 70% unlocking over three years, and the remaining 5% allocated to community rewards after TGE.
The Nayms token NAYM will conduct TGE on October 22.
The Ethereum metaverse game Decentraland will launch a public beta version of its desktop client on October 22, expected to explore VR features.
Binance will open SCR/BTC, SCR/USDT, SCR/FDUSD, and SCR/TRY spot trading pairs at 16:00 on October 22.
The derivatives trading platform Aevo will delist the ZERO perpetual contract at 16:00 on October 23, with all user positions settled at a 5-minute TWAP index price, and trading will be permanently suspended 30 minutes in advance.
The ALIENX token AIX will open for claims on October 23.
OKX will delist the trading pairs BLOCK/USDT, UTK/USDT, UTK/USDC, AST/USDT, AST/USDC, SIS/USDT, SIS/USDC, WXT/USDT, WXT/USDC, WIFI/USDT, and WIFI/USDC from 16:00 to 16:30 on October 24. Users must cancel orders for the above trading pairs before 16:00 on October 24; if not canceled in time, the order system will execute automatically.
The migration deadline for Merit Circle's MC token to BEAM is October 26, 2024.
The Layer 1 blockchain Vega community is expected to remain operational at least until October 27 through a proposal to shut down the Vega chain, giving users time to withdraw assets.

The 13th Blockchain Life 2024 International Forum on Web3, cryptocurrency, and mining will be held in Dubai from October 22 to 23, expected to attract over 7,000 participants from 120 countries.
Additionally, dYdX Day hosted by the dYdX Foundation will take place in Dubai on October 21; the annual Cosmos conference Cosmoverse 2024 will be held in Dubai from October 21 to 22; and the Cardano Summit 2024 will take place in Dubai, UAE from October 23 to 24 here.
The Metis funding program "Thrive Metis STARTathon" will accept applications until October 21, providing over $200,000 in funding to support promising projects in cross-chain DeFi, RWA tokenization, and social platforms.
Solana will co-host the Solana Hacker House event with Web3 Harbour and InvestHK in Hong Kong from October 24 to 26 here, featuring informative and educational activities around Solana hot topics, as well as workshops, panel discussions, and speeches from industry leaders and ecosystem teams.

Cardano (ADA) will unlock approximately 18.53 million tokens at 8:00 on October 22, accounting for 0.05% of the current circulating supply;
Galxe (GAL) will unlock approximately 587,000 tokens at 8:00 on October 22, valued at about $1.2 million, accounting for 0.46% of the current circulating supply;
Eigenlayer (EIGEN) will unlock approximately 1.29 million tokens at 3:00 on October 23, valued at about $4.8 million, accounting for 0.69% of the current circulating supply;
Ethena (ENA) will unlock approximately 12.86 million tokens at 15:00 on October 23, valued at about $5.3 million, accounting for 0.47% of the current circulating supply;
Yield Guild Games (YGG) will unlock approximately 14.08 million tokens at 22:00 on October 27, valued at about $7.84 million, accounting for 3.64% of the current circulating supply.
Proposal Voting
The Lido community has initiated a new round of 3 snapshot votes: whether to add Bolt to the Lido Alliance applications, integrate the Community Staking Module (CSM) into the decentralized validator library, and whether to consider the wstETH cross-chain endpoint on Zircuit as standard. The deadline for all three votes is October 25 at 00:00.
The Arbitrum community's proposal for token swaps with 19 blue-chip projects will end on October 25. Currently, 19 blue-chip projects have been identified, with plans to swap tokens with 3-7 of them, with a total swap cap of 2 million ARB, and a maximum of 500,000 ARB per project.
