Now scrolling through CT (Crypto Twitter), it is impossible not to notice the overwhelming atmosphere of extreme gloom in the information flow.
The market has entered a crypto bear market, and almost everyone involved seems to be caught in a state of confusion, unsure of what to do.
Here are 9 good things to do during this bear market:
1. Think Seriously About What Kind of Life You Truly Want

Is the environment you are in intentional?
Or is it the result of a long series of passive reactions?
What do you truly want to do in life?
If you had only 8 years left to live, would you continue doing what you are doing now?
Often, things develop too quickly, and we easily forget to ask ourselves these questions.
But now is the time to think about these issues seriously.
2. Complete Some Side Quests
Especially if you are young, go out and take some risks...
Don't be fooled by the brainwashing content of being a "permanent underclass" and sitting in front of the computer all day.
You only have one life, and it is extremely short.
You do not know when you might suddenly leave.
Go create your own legend.
3. Connect with People on Twitter/X

I see many people anxious about the state of CT, the algorithms, and so on...
But even in the worst case, you can still use this platform as a great way to connect with like-minded individuals or people you admire.
Just send DMs, interact on your TL.
As I mentioned before, I truly believe that crypto Twitter attracts the smartest, most interesting, and talented group of people on earth...
Some of them may be quieter now, posting less, but they are still here.
The best part of Twitter/X is that you can reach out to any of them at any time.
The true value of this platform has always been — friendship. So even if CT no longer feels as dopamine-filled as before, don't forget to make use of its real practical value.
4. Go to the Gym and Build Muscle

There is plenty of time during a bear market to lift weights.
It's okay if you worry about not having time to go to the gym.
You can get very fit at home with a pull-up bar and adjustable dumbbells.
Here are a few of my favorite exercises:
- Pull-ups (various grips)
- Dumbbell overhead press
- Lateral raises (you can make significant progress with very light weights)
- Neck isometric contraction
- Hanging leg raises (the best exercise to build six-pack abs)
5. Get Some Sun and Tan

"The sun is harmful to you" may be the most severe brainwashing propaganda in modern society.
Getting sunlight is extremely important for health.
Many of your body's most sensitive processes (insulin secretion, melatonin secretion, etc.) are regulated by sunlight exposure to your eyes.
Staying indoors all day (especially with glaring overhead lights at night) severely disrupts your physiological functions.
Embrace your talents — get strong, get tan, and be proud of how you look now.
6. Explore New Fields in the Online Economy

If you are tired of Twitter/X, dive into TikTok, YouTube Shorts, or other areas of the online economy.
I'm doing this myself in the past few days, uploading some short videos and starting to understand that world and its ecosystem.
If suitable, I will update on my progress (currently just editing some interviews to get familiar with it, nothing particularly exciting), but there is a vast world beyond CT. Who knows, maybe the next center of the crypto bull market is in another corner of the internet — sounds crazy, but it's totally possible.
7. Continue Exploring Potential Airdrops and Accumulate Positions in Your Favorite Altcoins

I know no one wants to do this right now.
The sentiment has been completely shattered, and the general consensus is that crypto is dead and will never come back.
However...
We have seen this situation repeatedly over the past few years, and it ultimately rebounds every time.
The silly airdrop you are obsessed with today might be tomorrow's Hyperliquid airdrop.
The altcoin your friend is accumulating now that seems ridiculous might be next year's Zcash (ZEC).
8. Writing

No matter how desolate the Twitter timeline appears or how few people read it.
Writing is always something worth doing.
It is the only way to connect us with our ancestors and thousands of years of history.
It is what distinguishes us from machines — our ability to produce unprecedented unique ideas and convert the pain of life into art.
It is also the only way to connect us with the future.
So, write — whether tweets, articles, long videos, or any other form.
If necessary, write for your yet-to-be-born children.
Write for yourself.
Write so that your ancestors and descendants know that during this absurd little phase in human history, you at least did something.
Lastly — write for your brothers and those you follow. If you love crypto, love CT, and want it to thrive, then keep using it, even in seemingly bleak times.
9. Be the Person You Want to See

The baby boomer generation is fading away.
We have the power to create any future we want.
Be the change you wish to see in this world.
If you hope that the next decade will be a glorious era of the "buffered, tanned crypto brothers," the overdue peak of the long-suffering millennials and Gen Z — then realize it through your daily actions.
