[Russian Deputy Prime Minister: Russia to Lift Diesel Export Ban Ahead of Schedule] According to a report by Jinse Finance, on October 10, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Novak stated that Russia will immediately begin lifting restrictions on diesel exports, ahead of the original schedule. He mentioned that Russia is willing to increase diesel supplies to the United States and all partners in October, with 300,000 tons in October, 500,000 tons in November, and 1 million tons in December. Novak also emphasized that the Russian market will be fully supplied with diesel.
