[Liu Dayiheng Appointed as Project Lead for Alibaba's Qwen Large Language Model] According to the guest list of the Alibaba Cloud Summit, Liu Dayiheng has been appointed as the project lead for the ATH Business Group Token Foundry Qwen LLM project, also known as the Qwen Large Language Model project. Liu Dayiheng earned his Ph.D. in Computer Science from Sichuan University in 2020 and joined Alibaba in 2021. Since then, he has been a core developer of the Tongyi Qwen series models.
