**[Brazil Tightens Crypto Regulations, Digitra and Two Other Exchanges Adjust Business Strategies]** Odaily Planet Daily News – As the Central Bank of Brazil advances the implementation of the Virtual Asset Service Provider (PSAV) authorization framework, local crypto trading platforms are undergoing a regulatory reshuffle. Recently, Digitra, Coinext, and Bitso have each adjusted their business strategies in Brazil. Digitra ceased trading services on September 8 and decided not to apply for PSAV authorization, effectively exiting the Brazilian market. Coinext, unable to meet the minimum capital requirements, announced an orderly shutdown of its crypto trading operations. Bitso, on the other hand, opted to redirect its Brazilian retail customers to Mercado Bitcoin while retaining its institutional business line. According to the Central Bank of Brazil's regulations, existing platforms wishing to continue compliant operations in Brazil after the end-of-October deadline must submit their PSAV authorization applications before then. This wave of adjustments may signal that Latin America's largest crypto market is accelerating its transition into a deeper phase of regulatory reshuffling. (CriptoNoticias)
