Can someone explain the massive spikes for x402 transactions on Solana leading to +90% market share? This pattern happened twice this year around Feb and lately over the last month or so? Interestingly the number of transactions on Solana is higher than Base but the transaction value on Base is larger vs Solana (see transaction volume vs transaction count)
