This chart of tech ETFs' monthly volume is nuts. This is one of the big reasons overall ETF volume on pace to crush old record, despite market being up most of year. Some areas are over-contributing in big way. Tech ETFs normally make up 4-5% of total volume. This year it's 10%. (Eric Balchunas)
