After Ukraine turned drones into consumables, attack drones suddenly became the hotcakes of the capital market.
Neros just completed a $250 million funding round, with a valuation reaching $2.5 billion—nearly 3x the previous round. Sequoia Capital participated as a co-lead investor.
Neros originally focused on producing first-person-view attack drones, but they've now started working on AI-powered autonomous flight, drone interception, and multi-drone coordination.
What’s even crazier is their production target:
Current annual production capacity is about 14,000 units, but they plan to scale up to 1 million units by 2028—that’s a 70x increase.
