On August 4, the total holdings of U.S. bitcoin:native spot ETFs rose to 1,217,769.21 BTC, with a net inflow of 3,459.22 BTC on the day, marking the second consecutive trading day of net inflows. Compared to the net inflow of 1,597.28 BTC on August 3, the scale of capital inflow more than doubled, indicating that the repeated outflows at the end of July are being significantly reversed.
The cumulative net inflow for this week has reached 5,056.50 BTC, and the cumulative net inflow over the past 7 trading days has also shifted from a previous net outflow to a net inflow of 4,770.09 BTC. The single-day net outflow of 3,320.68 BTC on July 31 has been fully offset by the consecutive inflows on August 3 and 4, signaling a renewed strengthening of short-term capital trends.
Since the beginning of August, BTC ETF total holdings have increased by 5,055.61 BTC, a growth of approximately 0.42%. Since 2026, total holdings have decreased by 84,007.06 BTC, but from the listing date to now, total holdings have still increased by 595,418.54 BTC, representing a growth of 95.67%.
