(formerly known as Shanghai Zhiyuan Xinchuang Technology Co., Ltd., also referred to as Zhiyuan Robotics, now abbreviated as 'Zhiyuan Innovation') has initiated the process for a Hong Kong IPO. Zhiyuan Innovation was established in February 2023. According to Omdia statistics, by 2025, Zhiyuan Innovation's shipments of general-purpose humanoid robots will exceed 5,000 units, ranking first globally and capturing approximately 39% of the global humanoid robot market share. By June 2026, the cumulative production of general-purpose embodied robots will surpass 15,000 units. According to data from China Insights Consultancy, based on revenue for 2025 and the first quarter of 2026, Zhiyuan Innovation is the world's largest general-purpose AI robotics company.
