Futures market open. NQ1 rebounded by 1.23%, pretty much as expected. This happens to be at the multiple support levels of the weekly EMA 21, daily EMA 100, 4-hour EMA 200, and the gap. A technical rebound is likely here. For the rebound, watch QQQ at 696 first, then see if the gap gets filled. It’s very likely to retest EMA 21 again, but if EMA 50 remains weak and fails to break through, it’ll continue downward. High probability of a rebound on Monday and Tuesday, but need to exit before the Fed meeting on Wednesday. In the short term, don’t chase longs—go with the trend for shorts, counter-trend for longs.
