Sources out of China suggest the country is prepared to respond if Trump pushes any consequences for his claims about the 2020 election. This would include targeting US technology companies with restrictions in Chinese markets companies like IBM DELL, INTC, SNDK and AAPL being seen as obvious targets for retaliatory restrictions or tariffs. It seems unlikely that either side pushes the issue - but if they do it will likely be a rapid trade escalation as we saw with Trump’s previous tariffs. This time however China knows they could take the wind out of the sails of the AI trade. It would be a costly mistake for Trump to push this trumped up claim!(Adam Cochran (adamscochran.eth))
