**[Strategy Holds 843,800 BTC, Cash Reserves Increase to $3 Billion]**
Odaily Planet Daily News – On July 19, Strategy Inc. Executive Chairman Michael Saylor posted a chart on X detailing the company’s Bitcoin purchase history and current holdings, accompanied by the caption “What’s next?” However, no new transactions, funding sources, or additional purchase plans were disclosed. The chart shows that the company holds 843,775 BTC, accounting for approximately 4.02% of Bitcoin’s fixed supply.
At a market price of $64,312 per BTC, the holdings are valued at approximately $54.28 billion. The cumulative purchase cost is about $63.83 billion, with an average purchase price of $75,653 per BTC. Strategy has not purchased additional Bitcoin since June 22, and its holdings remained unchanged between July 6 and July 12.
As of the week ending July 12, Strategy sold 4,818,781 shares of MSTR common stock, generating $467 million in net proceeds. Of this, $450 million was allocated to increase U.S. dollar reserves, bringing cash reserves to $3 billion. According to company data, these reserves can cover 20.4 months of annual preferred stock dividend obligations totaling $1.763 billion and support interest payments on outstanding debt.
Previously, Strategy sold 32 BTC between May 26 and May 31, generating approximately $2.5 million. On July 5, the company sold another 3,588 BTC, raising about $216 million. Michael Saylor stated that the funds were used to pay quarterly and monthly dividends.
