bStocks on Binance Wallet has evolved from 'buy and sell' to 'collateralize and combine.'
>> Selling Point 1: Use the same money multiple times
Previously, buying bStocks was all about waiting for it to appreciate. Now it’s different—25 bStocks in total can be used as collateral.
Here’s how it works:
→ Buy bStocks
→ Pledge them as margin
→ Free up liquid funds
→ Use the liquid funds for more trades or investments
Basically, your money first earns exposure to U.S. stocks, and after collateralizing, it frees up additional funds for other uses. One-time investment, reused two or three times.
>> Selling Point 2: Zero listing fees + zero conversion fees
bStocks spot listing (Maker) fees are 0, and the fee for 1:1 conversion to real U.S. stocks is also 0.
For frequent traders or those with large single trades, the savings here are real money.
>> Selling Point 3: The only RWA that can 1:1 convert to real U.S. stocks
There are plenty of tokenized U.S. stock products on the market, but most are just digital assets that follow price movements—they can’t be converted into real stocks.
bStocks is currently the only one that can.
For high-net-worth individuals, this is a game-changing difference. Binance already has excellent liquidity, and with the ability to convert 1:1 into real U.S. stocks at any time, the risk of de-pegging is basically zero.
In short: RWA has evolved from 'buy and sell' to 'collateralize, combine, and release liquidity.' If you’re holding large positions, it’s worth looking into.
