[Pew Poll: Global Trust in Trump and the U.S. Declines]
According to a report by Jinse Finance, on June 24, the Pew Research Center released its latest survey on Tuesday, showing that global confidence in U.S. President Trump's leadership remains low, while perceptions of the U.S. as a reliable partner continue to decline. The survey, conducted between February and May 2026, covered 42,151 adults across 36 countries. On average, only 23% of adults expressed confidence that Trump would make the right decisions in international affairs, while about two-thirds said they had little or no confidence at all. Among the 24 countries with trend data available, confidence declined in 16 countries, with no country showing an improvement. Meanwhile, views of the U.S. itself remain broadly negative. Across the 36 countries, only 37% held a favorable opinion of the U.S., while 57% had an unfavorable view.
