The English timeline these past few days has been all about China's GLM. The overseas AI open-source programming tool Cline had Claude Opus 4.8 and Zhipu GLM 5.2 fix a real BUG in a code repository. Although both models eventually fixed the BUG, GLM 5.2 not only fixed the BUG but also cleaned up useless dead code along the way, and it cost only half of what Opus did. Reminds me of Musk's prediction a few days ago.
