Key outcomes of the 35th Ramstein meeting: partners announced $4B in new aid for Ukraine, strictly focused on frontline capabilities that deliver maximum impact. This package drives resources directly into our core defense priorities. Nearly $1B goes to the PURL mechanism for critical Patriot missiles, plus $200M for the JUMPSTART program. We are also securing $540M for long-range artillery ammunition and over $1B for unmanned systems, funding 150K Ukrainian drones, cruise drone-missiles, and naval UAVs.
