Michael Saylor: Investors Have Lost Confidence in Ethereum
On June 12, 2026, Michael Saylor @saylor discussed Bitcoin's rising market dominance during the Bitcoin Corporate Day event. He stated that, excluding stablecoins, Bitcoin's market share in the crypto space has climbed from around 41% in 2021 to nearly 70%.
Saylor believes that market confidence in Ethereum has collapsed, as it finds itself locked in a fierce zero-sum game with other tokens like Solana and BNB. This intense competition has drained their monetary premium, leaving these tokens to rely solely on utility for survival in the future. He noted that the market developments over the past 12 months have further solidified Bitcoin's position as the dominant digital currency network, reinforcing its role as digital capital, while also proving that digital credit is a viable concept.
