[Guotai Haitong: U.S. Stocks May Face at Least One to Two Months of Volatility]
According to a report by Jinse Finance on June 7, Guotai Haitong's research report suggests that the stronger-than-expected non-farm payroll data in May further signaled a stabilization and recovery in the U.S. job market, which catalyzed market expectations for interest rate hikes and triggered significant adjustments in asset prices. The U.S. dollar strengthened, U.S. Treasury yields surged, U.S. stocks fell sharply, and gold weakened. Guotai Haitong believes that internal disagreements within the Federal Reserve remain significant, and it is unlikely to raise interest rates this year. However, the market in June may temporarily be affected by liquidity shocks, and U.S. stocks may face at least one to two months of volatility.
