I don't quite agree with the conclusion that ETH has bottomed out. During this time in the last cycle, it doubled in the following 1-2 months. That was because ETH transitioned from PoW to PoS, creating a unique trend with a real event catalyst. Other altcoins still followed BTC's downward trend afterward.
