On-chain tracking shows that the Rain Protocol deployer-associated address (0xa35e...b8bc) and the TOMI team multi-signature associated address (0xa810...d5d1) transferred funds to the same address (0xbac1...4fb0) in October 2025. Additionally, the address receiving DOP multi-signature funds also sent funds to this address. The report highlights that projects like TOMI and DOP can be traced back to Israeli founder Moshe Hogeg, who was previously detained on suspicion of crypto fraud. Currently, Rain Protocol's total value locked (TVL) on Arbitrum stands at $27.2 million, entirely in its native token. Its token price is suspected to be manipulated through a Uni V3 LP address associated with the deployer.
