When @AyaMiyagotchi was the ED of the @ethereumfndn, a lot of people felt the Foundation wasn't doing enough for #Ethereum. Then when @tkstanczak stepped in, people were euphoric about the Foundation aggressively stepping up to lead Ethereum. Now, @VitalikButerin is saying the Foundation under @aerugoettinea actively needs to get smaller. Talk about whiplash. So, which is it? Big EF or little EF? Well, the people still want a big EF, but the EF needs external funding for that. Little EF is what the EF can afford right now whilst maintaining its credible neutrality in the long-run. The question of the EF's continued existence is not that different from Ethereum's. Evolve and grow, or stay constant and survive.
