[U.S. SEC Proposes Easing Information Disclosure Rules for Public Companies to Encourage More IPOs] Foresight News reports, according to an official announcement, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has proposed easing information disclosure rules for public companies and expanding the scope of "shelf offerings" to encourage more businesses to conduct initial public offerings (IPOs). Note: A shelf offering refers to a company registering a large batch of securities (such as stocks, bonds, etc.) with the SEC in advance, but without the need to sell them all immediately. Instead, the securities can be "placed on the shelf" and issued in batches when market conditions are favorable in the future.
