Today, I visited Jebel Ali Port and met with the DP World team to review the port's operational performance amid the company’s expansion in land transport and rail operations through major projects such as the Jebel Ali Rail Terminal, which has a planned future capacity of 1.6 million TEUs annually. Over the past two months, DP World has handled more than 200,000 TEUs through overland truck and rail corridors. DP World is a key driver of global trade, facilitating around 10% of trade flows, with operations spanning 80 countries across six continents.
