Bitget's IPO Prime Phase II OpenAI has officially started subscription. As of 4pm on May 15th, the cost price is $725, with a valuation of 898.2 billion, which is not much different from its latest round of private equity valuation of 852 billion. OpenAI is issued by Republic, a company with real equity support, using SPV+mirror tokens. Republic is a licensed and compliant crowdfunding platform regulated by the SEC, established in New York in 2016, and also has licenses in the European Union and other regions. It has raised more than $26 billion in total, and has received investments from Morgan Stanley, Galaxy, and other companies, so the issuer's reliability is not bad. It is not a wild chicken platform.
