[New Ziguang Frontier Technology Research Institute Releases 'Zixian' 3D Near-Memory Architecture] At the 2026 New Ziguang Group Innovation Summit, the New Ziguang Frontier Technology Research Institute unveiled the 'Zixian' three-dimensional near-memory computing architecture. Centered around 3D DRAM, it pioneers a 3.5D heterogeneous integration solution, achieving a storage bandwidth of up to 30TB/s. Leveraging a domestically leading supply chain, it is capable of scalable mass production. Under the PNM near-memory computing model, memory access latency is reduced by up to 18 times.
