The latest codex /goal mode is out, and I realized GPT 5.5 is absolutely crushing Claude Code's Opus 4.7 now... It actually ran for a full 7 hours overnight without any human intervention... And it only used 20% of the weekly limit for 5x pro... All I gave it was a basic concept explanation of my entry model... and a few examples. Previously, CC just helped me write a backtesting module and casually came up with 4-5 combinations... This time with codex /goal, I gave it all possible directions for parameter tuning and combinations, letting it first fix the backtesting module and then figure out how to truly optimize on its own. What kind of volume increase counts as significant, what kind of delta reversal conditions confirm a reversal, and what TP, SL, BE setups are the best... Before going to bed, I set it to work... woke up to find it had already finished researching the strategy and started writing the live trading module... Gonna check out how its strategy combinations turned out in a bit...
