[U.S. National Debt Hits Record High of $39 Trillion]
According to a report by Jinse Finance, on March 19, the U.S. national debt increased by $1 trillion in just five months, reaching a record high of $39 trillion. This milestone coincides with just weeks after the U.S.-Israel coalition launched military action against Iran. New data released by the U.S. Treasury on Wednesday shows that as of March 17, the total U.S. federal debt stood at $39,016,762,910,245.14. The crossing of the $39 trillion mark comes approximately five months after the national debt first reached $38 trillion in late October 2025. Prior to that, the figure had just surpassed $37 trillion in mid-August of last year. (Dongxin News Agency)
