Tether and the city of Lugano, Switzerland, have announced the launch of Plan ₿ Phase 2 (2026–2030). Both parties will invest up to 5 million Swiss francs to promote the development of digital infrastructure, strengthening the city's digital sovereignty and technological autonomy.
