[Dragonfly Partner and Former Co-Founder Clash: Haseeb Claims to Drive Fund Growth, Alexander Refutes His Exaggeration of History]
Foresight News reports that Dragonfly Managing Partner Haseeb Qureshi and Dragonfly's former co-founder Alexander Pack (now co-founder of Hack VC) have publicly confronted each other. Haseeb first published a lengthy article sharing insights on building a VC firm, claiming that Dragonfly started from scratch with no brand recognition and only truly took off after his involvement. Alexander Pack refuted this, stating that Dragonfly had already been co-founded by Feng Bo and himself over a year prior to Haseeb joining, and had committed to leading investments in projects such as Bybit, Amber Group, and Crusoe. He also noted that fund announcements predated Haseeb's entry. Haseeb countered the accusations, claiming Alexander fabricated facts, stating that Bybit was part of his involvement in IC decision-making, Amber/Crusoe were not lead investments, and revealing that he had informed Alexander to cut ties four years ago.
