IoTeX announced that its cross-chain bridge ioTube was attacked on February 21, with the vulnerability limited to the Ethereum-side validator contract. The attacker maliciously upgraded the contract to mint 410 million CIOTX and transferred approximately $4.4 million in bridge reserve assets.
