From what I understand, if the price of ETH keeps dropping, Hua Zi won’t be able to withdraw ETH to sell for USDT to pay off debt anymore. Forcibly withdrawing at the current market price would lead to direct liquidation, right? Only if the price goes up can he continue withdrawing ETH, selling it for USDT to pay off debt and reduce leverage. Is Hua Zi basically at the mercy of fate now?
