The market is down, but actually, there are still quite a few wealthy retail investors because they don’t hold coins at all. So on-chain activity usually doesn’t follow the market. A while ago it was BSC, then SOL, and now everything’s on Base. Just saw a project go from 1M to 6M. I’m heading to Base to beg for scraps.
