Take SOL as an example, many altcoins have already dropped back to the previous low zone of the daily structure.
'Previous low + daily oversold'—this is a classic technical rebound setup. It's totally normal for the price to bounce here.
But hey, a rebound is a rebound, and a reversal is a reversal. The risk appetite for these two scenarios is completely different, and so are the corresponding positions.
Personally, I lean more towards the idea that a rebound is just creating space for the next leg down.
When the price rebounds to key structural resistance levels (like the daily EMA or structural resistance zones), the trend will most likely return to the downward narrative.
Lastly, if the price breaks above the EMA and starts to turn upward, the above logic becomes invalid~
