[The BiYing Network Gang Prosecuted for Fraud Under the Pretense of Web3 Development, Total Lawsuit Amount Exceeds Tens of Millions] Foresight News reports, according to Guowei Finance, the People's Court of Pudong New District held a trial on January 13, 2026, regarding the infringement case of the malicious fraud gang BiYing Network. The lawsuit amount is 1.04 million, with the cumulative lawsuit amount exceeding tens of millions. Members of the gang include Gu Ningning, Chen Gang, Mei Wenxiang, and Yan Jun. The plaintiff in the case accused the gang of collecting 3 million in advertising plan fees under the guise of developing a Web3 project and then fleeing. Currently, the plaintiff is suing the four individuals for joint compensation of 1.04 million and has also filed a lawsuit with the Shanghai Railway Transport Court regarding the 3 million advertising plan fraud case involving Gu Ningning. According to the information, the gang consisting of Gu Ningning, Chen Gang, Mei Wenxiang, and Yan Jun established the ETCWIN BiYing Network exchange in 2017, raising tens of millions from 200 people through an ICO. Subsequently, the gang assisted Xu Zijing, known as Mars Man in the crypto circle, in issuing Super Cash HCASH, raising billions in funds. The gang gained enormous profits from HCASH, but neither of the two projects complied with national administrative regulations for liquidation. The HCASH Super Cash issued by the gang collapsed, and after dumping the tokens, they shifted the blame to Justin Sun of TRON. Following their proposal to exchange tokens, Justin Sun sold HSR, after which the gang vandalized and looted Justin Sun's office in Beijing and engaged in smear campaigns.
