It has important strategic value in dealing with bottlenecks in traditional payment systems, resisting the impact of private digital currencies, and participating in global financial rule games. The development of digital RMB has gone beyond the scope of technological evolution and become a key lever for coordinating financial security, promoting institutional innovation, empowering the real economy, and supporting high-quality economic development. It is an important strategic pivot for promoting the construction of a strong financial country in the new era. In the critical period of global digital financial competition becoming more intense and the currency system accelerating towards digital deep reconstruction, China has established three advantages: clear top-level design, mature technological foundation, and perfect industrial ecology.
