Here’s a quick recap of yesterday’s main moves in the community: 1. Reduced spot positions: BTC 94300, ETH 3300 2. Shorted BTC at 94300, took profit in batches after the overnight crash 3. Went long on BTC after the dip, locked in some profits this morning BTC’s price action is pretty much in line with what was mentioned in the January 5th post. The key difference between the short-term red and blue scenarios lies in whether the pullback from the high is correcting the entire upward move or just a segment of it. Once we figure this out, we’ll know whether the market will continue to adjust or hit another high before adjusting again. We’re getting closer to the Gann high point I mentioned earlier, which means a major turning point could be coming soon.
