Starting January 1, 2026, Japan will officially implement the Crypto-Asset Reporting Framework (CARF) for international tax information sharing on crypto assets. This framework, developed by the OECD, aims to prevent cross-border crypto tax evasion. Major Japanese crypto exchange Coincheck has already notified all users to report information such as their 'tax residency country': users who opened accounts before the end of 2025 must complete the reporting by December 31, 2026, while new users must submit the information upon account registration. Failure to report as required or providing false information may result in legal penalties. (NADA NEWS) https://www.(wublock123.com)/index.php?m=content&c=index&a=show&catid=6&id=54653
