According to CNN, Belarus has officially tightened crypto regulations. President Lukashenko signed an order prohibiting individuals from buying or selling crypto assets on foreign exchanges or through brokers. Transactions must be conducted on domestically regulated platforms. The new rules mainly target High-Tech Park (HTP) residents, including ordinary individuals and entrepreneurs. Currently, licensed exchanges in Belarus are also limited to enterprises established within HTP.
