A friend of mine said if they were an OKX employee, they might do this:
1. Immediately post something like: 'Breaking! Two big influencers failed their OKX interviews, even CEO Star Xu was alerted.'
2. The CEO could urgently approve a 21 OKB reward as a gesture of goodwill, maybe even organize a giveaway of merch or OKB with the influencers.
3. Ask Mr. Xu to personally write a heartfelt post explaining OKX's values, views on talent, etc., and have all departments strengthen the narrative of 'Best Employer + Outstanding Talent.'
4. Failing an interview is no big deal—add them to the talent pool, attract more people to apply to OKX, and give everyone who applies and interviews a surprise airdrop . Of course, even former employees could get one too (welcome back to visit). Actually give it out and amplify the buzz.
