[Tether CEO Responds to S&P Rating: Proud to Be Hated by Rating Agencies, the Traditional Financial System Is Full of Holes]
Odaily Planet Daily News: In response to 'S&P downgrading Tether's stability rating to the lowest level,' Tether CEO Paolo Ardoino posted on the X platform, stating, 'Regarding S&P's rating of Tether: we are proud of your hatred. Historically, the classic rating models built for traditional financial institutions have led private and institutional investors to invest their wealth in companies that, despite being given investment-grade ratings, ended up collapsing. This has prompted regulators worldwide to question the independence and objectivity of such models and all major rating agencies.
Whenever any company attempts to resist the gravitational pull of this broken financial system, the traditional financial propaganda machine becomes uneasy. No company should dare to break away from this system. (In this context) Tether has built the first company in the financial industry with excess capital and no toxic asset reserves. Yet, it remains highly profitable to this day. Tether is living proof that the traditional financial system is full of holes, to the point where even the 'emperors with no clothes' are afraid.'
