This case comes less than two years after Binance pleaded guilty and paid a $4.3 billion fine, and in the first month following Changpeng Zhao's pardon by Trump. A federal judge in New York previously ruled that the plaintiffs had reasonable grounds to accuse Binance of aiding the attacks. Binance is currently facing four related lawsuits in the United States.
