US session showing relative strength off positive market structure rumors from yesterday (h/t @EleanorTerrett). Market has literally been moving relative to regulatory/political risk for years. This should affect how you view the next few months and how critical are those months. If you're in the room negotiating, or a Senator voting, this matters immensely.
