From April to October, there were three upward moves, then the event on 10.11 caused a breakdown, forming an MSB, confirming the end of an upward structure, and after some consolidation, it moved downward. 2) As of now, this is the second downward move on the daily chart, currently testing the starting point of the second upward move at 982. This second downward move isn’t over yet, especially since 10W is a key level here. I’m expecting the second move to complete the sweep of 982. 3) In fact, from Tuesday night until now, it’s been consolidating in the 105-99 range. A few key price levels: 10, 105, 982. It’s easy to understand: if it breaks below 10, the probability of sweeping 982 increases significantly. If 10 holds, pay attention to buy support on the order book, then the probability of moving up to test 105 increases. If 105 breaks and holds, then we can look toward 11. Combine this with tonight’s pending non-farm payroll data and the U.S. government shutdown resolution timeline. After all, the end of the shutdown is a positive factor, and there will definitely be a rebound. Hourly Chart 1) Yesterday, it rebounded to test the bearish OB at 105 and then moved downward. The downside here is that it broke the weak support at 101. You can also see that it’s currently consolidating below the EQ of the range. This indicates weakness. With weakness, the probability of further downside increases, so for now, short positions should still be held. 2) To test 105 again, it at least needs to hold above 102. If you’re looking to go long, this is a reference point. 3) This position at EQ isn’t suitable for trading, and trading is not recommended here.
