Fidelity’s latest move to enable bitcoin deposits and withdrawals is significant. It reinforces my belief that this is no typical 4yr cycle. The Bitcoin and narratives are now symbiotic. The more popular fiat-backed stablecoin becomes globally, the more mainstream adoption bitcoin will achieve. Why? As stablecoins create a global onramp for digital fiat, the efficiency and convenience of this new global infrastructure will create urgency and accelerate the consensus formation around bitcoin as a unique and verifiable inflation hedge that - for now - remains independent of any single sovereign state or institution. To the grassroots: Do your homework and develop your own thesis. Don’t get distracted by the market noise. Don’t let institutions front-run you or play you out of your bitcoin positions.(hong)
