[Bitcoin Mining Company TeraWulf Announces $3.2 Billion Senior Secured Notes Issuance to Expand Data Center Operations]
According to Globenewswire, Bitcoin mining company TeraWulf Inc. (NASDAQ: WULF) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, WULF Compute LLC, has priced $3.2 billion worth of 7.750% senior secured notes (due 2030) at par value. The notes will be offered through private placement to qualified institutional investors. Subject to market and other conditions, the issuance is expected to close on October 23, 2025. The notes will be fully and unconditionally guaranteed by WULF Compute’s subsidiaries, La Lupa Data LLC, Akela Data Holdings LLC, and Akela Data LLC. WULF Compute plans to use the net proceeds from this issuance to fund part of the data center expansion project at its Lake Mariner campus in Barker, New York.
