Yesterday, Doge hit a key resistance level, and I mentioned 3 times that the main players were reducing their positions. But after consolidating here, it continued to push upward. What’s going on? There are many reasons. When the main players reduce positions, it doesn’t necessarily mean a crash. First, reducing positions at resistance levels is a risk-avoidance strategy because there’s heavy selling pressure here. Then, if the overall market is doing well and funds are active, selling pressure will likely be met with even more buying pressure, which could push the price higher. Once the risk-avoidance phase is over, the main players might continue to drive the price up. So, the reality is complex. It’s not as simple as saying that accumulation by the main players will definitely lead to a rise. What if the overall market crashes? Similarly, reducing positions doesn’t always mean a drop. What if the overall market and altcoins are all rallying? Trading isn’t a simple formula—it’s a complex game of strategy. DOGE
