Today, I read a lot of posts from big shots, and I really felt it—people rarely make money beyond their level of understanding, unless luck is involved. For those who bought the WLFI presale today, you probably made money, right? I didn’t buy it. The reason I didn’t is because I saw in the whitepaper that it said the token wouldn’t move, so I naively thought, why would I buy a token that doesn’t move? Even though I knew the market would FOMO over Trump, I really didn’t expect they could just change the whitepaper. This shows my lack of understanding. Plus, I didn’t pay much attention to WLFI afterward. Even though I missed out today, I didn’t miss out completely—the price was set too high, so I didn’t make money on this one. The key issue was that I didn’t do enough homework on WLFI. Kitty @Cato_CryptoM even joked with me, asking if I’d buy the WLFI presale if I had another chance to start over. Honestly, if I didn’t have my current memory, I probably still wouldn’t buy it. And if I did have my memory, I’d probably still not buy it—I’d go buy something else instead . So this money wasn’t meant for me to earn anyway, and I’m not upset about it. There are people making money every day, and there are plenty of opportunities to make money. Missing one or two opportunities that you don’t fully understand isn’t something to feel bad about. As long as you can make money in the market you focus on and minimize missing out on opportunities you’re confident about, that’s already pretty good. There are plenty of opportunities—don’t beat yourself up. Keep learning and enriching yourself, and you’ll have a better chance of catching more opportunities.
