Deeply explore cultural resources such as Changbai Mountain, ice and snow, Northeast Anti Japanese United Front, folk customs, ginseng, etc., cultivate a cluster of intangible cultural heritage workshops around Songhua stone carving, Manchu embroidery, etc., and create a "one county, one product" characteristic cultural and tourism IP. Promote the construction of Jilin Province Cultural Big Data Center. Implement five digital transformation actions, including cultural technology, publishing and distribution, film and television production, news communication, and cultural tourism integration. Promote the widespread application of digital technology in the field of cultural and creative industries, support the construction of large-scale models in the cultural sector, and develop cultural and tourism metaverse application scenarios.
